Dr. Wei Tian (Head of Pharmaceutical Development) and Dr. Zoe Langham, (Formulation Scientist) will be attending the UK PharmSci 2011 conference being held between Wednesday 31st August and Friday 2nd September 2011 at the East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham. Wei will deliver a talk on recent work carried out at Glide Pharma regarding the “development of solid injectable formulations” during the UKICRS session (10.45-12.15am) on Thursday, and Glide Pharma will also present a poster on the same day.

Studies carried out using several different pharmaceutical compounds which have demonstrated bioequivalence to liquid injectable formulations, room temperature stability, improved solubility, improved efficacy and/or a sustained release profile will be presented.
